Each letter is digitally imposed onto our finest quality 120grm bond paper enabling you to see and feel the quality and authenticity of our product.

Santa Seal of Authenticity

Our exclusive range of Santa Grotto Studio designed letters arrive with an embossed 'North pole Santa seal of approval' which are all individually hand pressed by Santa’s elves.

Personally Signed

Each letter once printed will receive a personal signature from "Santa", "Santa Claus" or "Father Christmas" giving your child's letter that bit extra!

Magical Envelope & Post Mark

We take great care in the presentation of your package having instructed our Elves never to fold or crease our fantastic products. They are posted in an A4 size red envelope and all envelopes are stamped with a North Pole postmark and addressed directly to you child creating a "it's got to be from Santa" reaction.

'Santa Stop Here' Door Hanger

All letters received from Santa arrive with a  FREE Jumbo door hanger so your child can hang it on their door on Christmas Eve (we don’t want Santa to get the wrong bedroom now do we?). They are printed on 300grm silk in full colour and prove to be extremely durable and of superior quality. On the Jumbo door hanger is a space for your child to write their name and a checklist on the reverse to make sure they have left Rudolph’s and Santa’ a drink & snack and they have tidied their bedroom! (It’s a perfect way to ensure each child goes to bed early)

'You Have Been Good' Certificate

A Free ‘You have been good’ certificate is also enclosed with each letter, which states their name and is Santa’s official acknowledgment of them being good.

Individual Delivery Addresses / Group Purchasing

Currently you can only input one delivery address for any number of letters. If you are wanting to order several letters for which need to go to separate delivery addresses you have 3 options:

• Make one order for each individual letter and entering the relevant delivery address with each order - 3 letters = 3 orders.
• Make just one order with 3 letters the on checkout add the child's name and their delivery address details in the "additional information" box before making your payment.
